Pastor Michael Anthony Day was born and raised in the South side neigborhood of Beltzhoover in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The youngest of six, he grew up as a gifted and multi-talented musician, first playing for his grandfather's church at the age of 5. As God would have it, this was only the beginning of what HE had planned to do in and through his life.
Pastor Day accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 14 and began teaching Sunday School at age 16. As his faith grew, his passion for ministry followed suit and he preached his first sermon at 20 years old. By then, it was clear that God was preparing a leader for this day and time.
During his formative years, Pastor Day excelled in his musical studies as he was nurtured under the tutelage of experienced and professional instructors.
His classical training began while he attended middle school at the West Liberty Classical Academy in Theater and Chorus. He continued his training into High School at the Creative and Performing Arts School (CAPA) and then to CCAC a few years before concluding at Duquesne University.
Pastor Day's gift of music has taken him around the world, as he has accompanied and opened for numerous Christian/Gospel Music Artists such as Vanessa Bell-Armstrong, Karen Clark Sheard, Kim Burrell, Rance Allen, Tonex, Daryl Coley, Chris Tomlin, Kirk Franklin, Smokie Norful and Douglas Miller, for whom he currently serves as musical director.
A "Renaissance Man", Pastor Day is an Entrepreneur and the CEO of MAD Enterprises, which offers professional services to those in the Music and Entertainment industry. He is also the President and Founder of Legacy Community Options for all People (LCOP Inc.); which is a non-profit that serves underserved communities. This organization serve thousands yearly through programs, services and yearly events. LCOP is also a Community Development Corporation that provides affordable housing for residents in the city of Pittsburgh.

With his lovely wife, Amber and their two beautiful daughters, Elise and Edyn by his side, Pastor Day serves as the Lead Pastor of Legacy International Worship Center, a vibrant ministry he established in 2015.
Daily, he strives to be the God fearing, God appointed and God anointed Man that has been chosen for this time. He is passionate and driven to better his community, his city and the world by spreading the love of Jesus Christ through service and prophetic ministry.
